"Delivery was fine, but the install felt rushed"
The fridge showed up on time, which I appreciated, and it’s working fine so far. The actual installation just wasn’t the best experience. The installers seemed like they were in a hurry, and they left behind some packaging that I had to clean up myself. It’s not a huge deal, but it did take away from the excitement of getting a new appliance. I was happy to have the fridge, but I felt a little let down by the end of it.

"Feels cheap and poorly made"
Well... it looked flimsy right out of the box, and it didn’t last long at all. It broke way quicker than I expected, so I’m disappointed with the quality.

I bought an electrolux appliance and had what seemed like a simple issue, so I figured getting support would be straightforward. Instead, I sent messages, called a few times, and spent way too long waiting in the phone queue just to feel like no one was really paying attention.
Every time I managed to get through or follow up, I was told someone would contact me soon, but then days passed with nothing. When I finally did get a response, it felt like a copy-and-paste reply that didn’t even answer my question or fix the problem.
the whole thing was really frustrating. I don’t expect instant service, but waiting in queues, chasing them up, and still not getting a proper answer is just a waste of time

I’ve had this for years now and it’s still working well, no major issues and it feels like it was built to last

"More confusing than I expected"
It’s tougher to use than I thought. The menus feel messy, and finding stuff isn’t as easy as it should be.

"Warranty repair took way too long"
My Electrolux washer stopped working while it was still under warranty, which was a relief at first because I really didn’t want to pay out of pocket for a repair. But actually getting help was frustrating. I called a few times and got different answers each time, then had to wait almost 3 weeks for the service appointment. When the tech finally came, he didn’t have the part, so that meant even more waiting. It did get fixed eventually, but for the price of the washer, I expected the warranty process to be a lot smoother.

"Better than I was expecting"
I got an electrolux washer maybe a few weeks back, and so far it’s been really solid. The clothes come out nice and clean, it runs quiet, and the quick wash has been useful when I’m trying to get a small load done fast. Setup was straightforward too, from what I remember. Overall, I’m really happy with it so far.

"I was trying to get a few things..."
I was trying to get a few things sorted around the house and ended up needing a replacement part for my Electrolux, which I figured would be a quick search-and-order kind of thing. Some of the parts seemed easy to find, but others were a bit more of a hassle than I expected. I did eventually find what I needed and it worked out in the end, but the whole process took longer than I thought it would. Not terrible, just not as smooth as I was hoping
